How do I track my order?
After your order ships we’ll email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow the parcel. If you didn’t receive a tracking email or need an update, please contact us with your order number at support@qasmana.com 0r call +1 (325) 246-8751 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CT).
We’ll look up the status and send the latest tracking information.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30-days of receiving your order with clear photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to United States addresses only.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–2 business days (order verification & packing).
Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within a few hours after placement. Once processing begins, we’re unable to make changes. Please contact us support@qasmana.com immediately if you need assistance.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect item, please email our support team at support@qasmana.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
